Contacting Us About a Complaint
If you have a complaint about the service you have received from a CHIAS member then, in the first instance please address your complaint directly to the member or their organisation. They will deal with the complaint through their CHIAS approved Complaints Policy and will attempt to resolve the matter internally. CHIAS is only able to investigate and deal with complaints where the internal process has been exhausted.
You should ask for a copy of the complaints policy or their complaints information leaflet, if you have not already been provided with a copy so that you know how to make your complaint. If necessary you can ask the CHIAS member’s organisation for help with making your complaint.
